Custom Slaughtering

Custom slaughtering and processing is the service our business was built on and we continue to offer this service today. The meats, and our facilities are inspected by the Illinois State Dept. of Agriculture to assure the wholesome value of all meats we handle and to assure proper handling.

  • -Inspected
  • -Beef is hung for 7 to 14 days for proper aging.
  • -Cut and packaged to your specifications.

 

With cutting and wrapping, we also offer tenderizing, Hamburger patties, sausage making, smoking and curing.
Beef, Pork, Goats, Elk, Buffalo and other exotic animals by appointment and slaughtered on Tuesdays.
Please callĀ 2 weeks ahead of time to get on the schedule.

The Deli counter offers a complete selection of prepared meats and cheese, include all cuts of pork and beef, our award winning sausages, bacon and other cured meatsand yes, we will slice to your specification. We also have a complete selection of fresh and wholesome beef and pork cuts to go along with our award winning sausages and cured meats. Stop by and try some today!
